Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not upload the source code for a demo program written by you in the SAS® language (“Demo Program”).

If you agree to the terms and conditions, you may upload your Demo Program for conversion by Carolina into a program in the Java computer language (“Converted Demo Program”). You may download and use the Converted Demo Program for evaluation purposes only as indicated below. If you are downloading the Converted Demo Program on behalf of your employer, you represent that you have the authority to not only bind yourself to these terms and conditions of use, including the authority to upload and transfer to Dulles Research of all rights in the Demo Program, but also to bind your employer.

You hereby assign to Dulles Research all of your rights in the Demo Program, including all rights of copyright. Dulles Research grants you a license to install and use the Converted Demo Program which is proprietary to Dulles Research on your computer for the sole purpose of evaluating the program and the Carolina conversion for an unlimited period. You agree to make no commercial use of the Converted Demo Program.
You may NOT copy the Converted Demo Program, loan it to friends, disclose it to or otherwise make it available for use or review by any third party, sell it, resell it, distribute it via web, FTP, CD, or other media, or otherwise reproduce it other than during normal system backup procedures. You are expressly prohibited from disassembling or reverse-engineering the Converted Demo Program or any portion thereof. You may not use the program on a service-bureau or other shared use basis. You may not assign this license to anyone else without our advance written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. No other licenses, whether arising by implication or otherwise, are intended or conveyed.
DULLES RESEARCH IS LICENSNG THE CONVERTED DEMO PROGAM TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. Dulles Research makes no warranty of any kind as to the product's functionality, operation without error, usefulness, or suitability for a particular purpose. In particular, Dulles Research does not warrant the operation of the Converted Demo Program on any particular computer system or class of system. Dulles Research disclaims all warranties of title and non-infringement and all warranties arising out of course of dealing or custom of trade. Further, Dulles Research is not liable for any damages, actual or consequential, arising out of use of the Converted Demo Program, or its failure to perform as expected. You agree to use the program entirely at your own risk. If, notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimers and limitations, Dulles Research should have any liability to you, you agree that such liability shall be limited to $100. Dulles Research will not license the program to you unless you agree with this allocation of risk. In the event that Dulles Research makes a claim or institutes any legal proceeding against you to enforce these terms and conditions, you agree to pay all of Dulles Research costs and expenses, including all legal fees.
This is our entire agreement regarding your transfer to Dulles Research of all rights in the Demo Program and our license to you to install and use the Converted Demo Program for the sole purpose of evaluating the program and the Carolina conversion.
